For the new exhibition My Doubtful Mind at Linden - Centre for Contemporary Arts, artists were asked to make exhibition visitors as uncomfortable as possible.

Featuring new, site-specific artworks by artists from around Australia this exhibition plays with viewer perceptions and attempts to induce an inexplicable and irrational sense of anxiety.

2009 Innovators Program
The Linden Innovators Program provides free exhibition space and support to artists and curators wishing to present new work. Contemporary artists and curators are invited to apply to exhibit new and innovative work for the five gallery space and grounds of Linden in 2009. Successful applicants will be eligible for the 2009 Melbourne Airport Innovator Award - 5 days at the Shanghai Biennale.

The Board and Staff at Linden believe artists should be supported in real and practical ways. Making a tax deductible donation to the Linden Arts Development Fund helps us pay artists to produce new work and in 2008 will support rent-free studio space for 3 artists.
