Where

My work explores the role of the moving image within installation environments as a means of interpreting perceptual processes.
The installations I create are based on my own interactive performances which investigate human endurance, communicative processes and personal associations with everyday objects.

My works are an amalgamation of actual and perceptual space, which although mediated by technological manipulation allow for a sensate experience and challenge one’s understanding of what is actually happening.

Where focuses on ideas of connection, isolation and integration by sensitising the boundaries between public and private space.

Through extending the actual and creating a sense of anticipation, I am interested in discussing the ambiguity of presence and absence.
