Once submitted and paid, your entry is confirmed. There is no selection process.

2. Artwork Information

This entry form is for one artwork. 
Please carefully check the information you enter, which will be used as follows:

  • Your name + artwork price will appear on the exhibition wall labels;
  • Artwork titles + artwork details (medium, size, year) will appear on the online sales page only

This information will be published as supplied, so make sure everything is accurate and final!

ARTWORK SIZE REQUIREMENT:
  • 2D works do not exceed 60 (h) x 60 (w) x 10 (d) cm (including frame);
  • 3D works do not exceed 60 (h) x 40 (w) x 40 (d) cm (including base), are freestanding, and weigh under 10kg;
  • A/V artworks must come supplied with all required equipment and will only be exhibited after discussion with Linden staff. They must also be tagged and tested, or they will not be exhibited.

3. Image of your work

Please upload ONE clear, high-quality image for each artwork. These images will be used on the online sales page and may also be used for promotional purposes, so we encourage you to supply the best possible photographs of your work.

Image guidelines:

  • File format: JPG/PNG
  • Minimum resolution: 72dpi
  • File size: Under 10MB
  • File name format: firstname-lastname-title-of-work.jpg

4. SALES PAYMENT INFORMATION

If your work sells, Linden retains a 30% + GST commission. To receive payment, please provide:

  • Account Name
  • BSB
  • Account Number

I understand that Linden New Art will take 30%+GST of the sale price as a commission.

5. ABN / Tax Info (required)

To comply with tax regulations, you must provide one of the following: an ABN or a signed Statement by a Supplier form.
If you do not supply either an ABN or a signed Statement by Supplier, 47% withholding tax will be deducted from your payment.

6. DELIVERY OF WORKS

Your works must arrive at the gallery between Saturday 9 August and Sunday 24 August 2025, during opening hours: Tuesday–Sunday, 11AM–4PM

  • We strongly recommend hand delivery.
  • If you choose to post or freight your work to:
    Linden New Art, 26 Acland Street, St Kilda VIC 3182
    please note that any loss or damage caused to work while in transit is the responsibility of the Artist.

7. Artwork Collection / Return

We encourage all artists and buyers to collect their works on the final day of the show: Sunday 2 November, 1–4PM.
If you’re unable to attend, artworks may also be collected during gallery hours between 18–30 November (Tuesday–Sunday, 11AM–4PM).

If you are unable to collect your work in person, you must select the return-by-post option below. You will be invoiced for packaging and postage costs, and your work will be posted approximately 4 weeks after the exhibition closes. If you do not select this option now, you will be responsible for collecting your work yourself.
