Be bold

Founded in 1974 Arts Project Australia’s inner city studio and gallery exist to nurture and promote artists with an intellectual disability as they develop their art practice, encouraging individual artistic expression and personal style. They promote and exhibit artists’ work as belonging to the broad spectrum of contemporary art, and studio artists are represented in mainstream art exhibitions and events. Wild Lands is a group exhibition of work on paper and ceramics featuring wild and exotic animals from all over the world. The dynamic exhibition features recent work by emerging and mid-career artists that work in the Arts Project studio. Participating artists include Michael Camakaris, Dionne Canzano, Matthew Gove, Bronwyn Hack, Ruth Howard and Chris Mason. Curated by Sim Luttin and Melissa Petty.
