Come raise a glass to the closing of Soft Infrastructures: St Kilda Reimagined and be part of a thought-provoking discussion on how design might choreograph closeness in an age of disconnection.
From 6.30 pm, join artist Matthew Bird (Studiobird & MADA), Brady Robards, and Suzanne Barker in conversation, chaired by Dr Michael Spooner (Senior Lecturer, RMIT University). Together they will discuss how architecture, sociology, and urban design can generate new forms of public intimacy and civic connection. Reflecting on St Kilda’s cultural history, the panel will explore how creative research can help us reimagine and reshape the ways we inhabit our shared spaces.
