Since 1986, Linden New Art has been a vital part of Melbourne's visual arts landscape. Many artists with significant careers began their journey with us, and over time we have intentionally focused on advocating for mid-career artists.
By mid-career, artists have invested years of energy, time, and resources to establish respected, conceptually well-defined, and engaged practices. They are ready to take risks and develop ambitious new work, yet often find opportunities limited. It is a pivotal moment, one that calls for celebration and reflection, and requires meaningful support to ensure growth.
The legacy we seek is enduring, and this is a defining moment for Linden New Art.
