Born This Way: An exploration of LGBTI youth identity through art, brings together the creative works of LGBTI youth from across Victoria. State Member for Albert Park and Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Equality, Martin Foley MP is facilitating the exhibition and a range of community organisations including Minus 18 and Pride March, will be offering awards and prizes to recognise the creative talents of young artists. Minus18 Chairperson Hiba Casablanca says, “There are limited opportunities for same-sex attracted and sex and gender diverse youth to exhibit their talents in public galleries.
