Join Us for a Magical Sleepover at Linden New Art!
What to Expect:
-
Creative Crafting: Get hands-on and creative with our latest exhibition-long activity DESIGN IN MOTION. Inspired by
Design Fringe designer Genevieve Douglas-Byrne’s upcycled work Closet, children will craft their own mesmerising mobile
using wire and recycled colourful bottle caps. It’s a perfect way to turn discarded objects into something beautiful and meaningful, all
while celebrating the ways design brings us together. We will discuss why it is important to use recycled materials in celebration of this
year's Children's Week theme; 'children have the right to a clean and safe environment'.
-
Movie Magic: Settle in for a cozy screening of an enchanting film: My Neighbour Totoro!
- Friendship & Fun: Meet new friends and share stories under the stars as we create unforgettable memories together.
What to Bring:
- A sleeping bag, pillow and mattress (if this is an access barrier for you please get in touch)
- Pyjamas
-
A water bottle
