Linden New Art is proud to once again be the presenting partner for the MELBOURNE ART PRINT FAIR: edition.2, an exciting annual event celebrating the collective creativity of contemporary art and the printmaking community. Running from 6 to 8 February 2026 at Linden, the fair is a unique opportunity to discover and collect original limited-edition prints by leading contemporary artists.

MELBOURNE ART PRINT FAIR: edition.2 brings together nine talented printmaking studios from across Australia, including: Baldessin Studio, BSG Editions, Kaleidoscope Editions, Megalo Print Studio, Negative Press, Print Council of Australia, Sunshine Editions, Troppo Print Studio and Viridian Press. The Fair also includes the exhibition Fred Williams: Etchings, showcasing over 40 prints from one of Australia’s most renowned artists, and a weekend of talks and workshops.

Mark your calendar and come immerse yourself in the art fair atmosphere. Connect with artists, studios, and the printmaking community, and discover what contemporary printmaking has to offer. On the weekend, relax in Linden’s garden with a drink and music, including a DJ set on Sunday (12 - 3PM) by Linden’s Director, Vincent Alessi (AKA The Prince).

PUBLIC PROGRAMS

> Workshop: DIY Poster and T-Shirt Printing with Troppo Print Studio
Saturday 7 February, 12 - 2PM

Join Matt Feder from Troppo Print Studio for a hands-on, beginner-friendly screen-printing workshop inspired by the works on display at the Melbourne Art Print Fair.

The session begins with a guided tour of selected prints at the Fair, sparking conversation about individual works, approaches, and ideas. Drawing on this experience, you’ll develop your own slogan, image, or pattern and learn how to translate it into a hand-cut stencil. Participants will then print a screen-printed poster and have the opportunity to print their design onto a T-shirt. You’ll take your poster home with you, along with new skills and a deeper understanding of the screen-printing process.

Please bring a new or used T-shirt to print on (op-shop t-shirts are perfect). Permaset water-based inks and card for poster printing will be provided.

Free. Bookings essential.
